The National Trust has many visitor attractions in North Norfolk including Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall Estate and Gardens and Sheringham Park. It manages the Blakeney National Nature reserve which is one of the largest expanses of unspoilt coastline in Europe. This stretch of coastline between Sheringham and Wells-Next-The-Sea has vast areas of rare habitats such as pristine saltmarsh, vegetated shingle and sand dunes. With uninterrupted coastal views of sea, sky and sandy beaches it is an internationally important breeding area for sea-bird colonies, Blakeney Point is an important breeding and haul-out site for grey and common seals.

As you travel along the coast there are plenty of attractions to visit including historic buildings, art and craft centres, animal parks, steam railways and windmills. The towns of Sheringham and Cromer are family favourites and provide the atmosphere and entertainment offered by traditional seaside resorts. The picturesque villages of Blakeney, Cley, Mundesley, Sea Palling, Waxham and Wells-Next-the-Sea are ideal places to explore, their brick and flint buildings host a variety of interesting shops and tea rooms, as well as pubs and restaurants where you can sample the local seafood.
